By accessing or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Ground My Mind provides educational and self-help tools. It does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice and is not a substitute for professional help or treatment.

3. User Accounts

Account registration is not currently required or provided. If account registration is added, you will be responsible for maintaining account security and providing accurate information.

4. In-app Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, billing will occur through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to platform policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app
• Attempt to hack or disrupt services
• Use the app for unlawful purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ground My Mind is not liable for emotional, psychological, or physical outcomes, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data. Use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
