Simple Grounding Exercises to Help Your Anxiety and Overwhelm

The Ground My Mind app by GROUND MY MIND™ provides short mental exercises for the user to do when feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Exercises range from more game-like word exercises to traditional grounding techniques, such as box breathing and 5-4-3-2-1 grounding. Once you get past those feelings of anxiety and overwhelm you can then use the optional reflection feature to track common triggers and what works for you.

The Ground My Mind app is designed with privacy in mind — your session history and reflections stay on your device unless you choose to export or sync. The app is designed to be non-triggering and flexible — use only what helps you.
